Please update to the latest version of Slatable 2.3 as these issues have been fixed!

If you are unable to save Takes or Auditions.

Go to Settings > Slatable > Photos: and make sure Read and Write is checked.

Close out the app and restart the phone.

If you are unable to Compile Auditions.

First back up and save your content.

Save all Takes and Auditions you want to save to your camera roll. For Takes, in the Takes screen tap Edit, then tap the Take you want to save and tap Share Take.

For Auditions in the Scenes screen tap Share Audition.

If that fails you can use Screen Recording in Control Center to record the Takes and Auditions you want to save from the app. To hide the trim strip or controls, tap the expand arrows at the top left of the screen. Make sure to keep the phone in landscape before and during the recordings.

Next steps to take:

Delete any "/" in your title or character name. Make sure there are no "/" in your stage name.

Goto Settings > Slatable and make sure you have given Slatable access to your camera, camera roll and microphone.

Go to Settings > General > About > Available and make sure you have at least 2GB of space remaining.  If you don't Slatable may not be able to work properly. Video takes up a lot of memory. Delete old photos, videos and anything you can to free up space.

Close out all open apps. Close out Slatable. Restart your phone.

If the restart doesn't help and you've upgraded to the latest version of iOS you can use Screen Recording in Control Center to record the Takes and Auditions you want to save from the app. To hide the trim strip or controls, tap the expand arrows at the top left of the screen. Make sure to keep the phone in landscape before and during the recordings.

Delete the app. When you delete the app all data, Auditions and Takes will be erased, so make sure to backup any Auditions (using Screen Recording) you want to save.

Restart the phone.

Reinstall Slatable.
